Lift Up Equipment
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about buying equipment from us, selling to us, shipping and delivery, financing, and warranty support.
Buying Equipment
Yes. Every unit that reaches our lot passes a multi point inspection covering hydraulics, mast, tires, brakes, and electrical systems before it is listed for sale.
Our inventory includes forklifts and material handling equipment from Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Crown, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Clark, and Mitsubishi, ranging from warehouse forklifts to rough terrain units and container handlers.
Yes. Contact our team to schedule a time to view a unit in person, or request additional photos and details if an in person visit is not practical for your situation.
Our inventory changes regularly. Tell us what you are looking for through our equipment sourcing page and our team will work to identify options that fit your application, capacity, and budget.
Selling Equipment
We purchase forklifts and material handling equipment in any condition, from work ready units still in daily use to parts only machines. Send us the make, model, hours, and condition and our team will let you know what we can offer.
Most sellers receive a written offer within one business day of sending photos, hours, and service history. Larger fleets or multi unit lots may take slightly longer while our team evaluates each piece of equipment.
Either one. We evaluate every piece of equipment on its own merits, whether it is a single unit, a full multi brand lot, or an entire warehouse being closed and cleared.
Shipping And Delivery
Yes. We coordinate shipping to buyers outside our immediate area and can provide a freight estimate for your location once you have selected a unit.
Our own removal team is fully insured and trained to OSHA and site specific standards, and we coordinate pickup around your schedule, from a single dock to a full facility clearance.
Local delivery is typically arranged within days of purchase. Longer distance freight timelines depend on your location and carrier availability, and our team will confirm an estimated window before you commit.
Financing And Payment
Contact our sales team to discuss financing options for your purchase. We can point you toward available options based on the equipment and your business needs.
Payment is issued in full before any equipment leaves your facility, with no deductions added after the fact, and our team prepares the bill of sale and title transfer paperwork for every unit.
Contact our sales team for current accepted payment methods, since these can vary depending on the size of the purchase and whether financing is involved.
Warranty And Support
Ask our sales team about warranty coverage for the specific unit you are considering, since coverage can vary by equipment type, age, and condition.
Reach out to our team directly through our contact page. From your first question about a unit through delivery and ongoing support, the same team stays involved so you are not starting over with a new contact.
Contact our team with your parts or service question. We stay reachable after the sale and can point you in the right direction based on the make and model you purchased.
